Refund policy

At ProPick Sports, we are committed to delivering high-quality sports equipment that meets the standards of performance, durability, and design that athletes and enthusiasts expect. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of every product we sell.

1. Limited 12-Month Warranty

All ProPick Sports products come with a limited 12-month structural warranty that covers manufacturer defects and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty applies to all ProPick Sports items, including but not limited to paddles, bags, apparel, accessories, and sporting gear.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Structural deformation or delamination 

Warranty Conditions:

  • Registration may be required to activate your warranty.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or bank statement) is required for any warranty claim.
  • Any defects discovered upon delivery must be reported before the product is used, with photographic evidence.
  • ProPick Sports reserves the right to inspect the product and determine warranty eligibility.
  • Warranty claims for replacement items are not covered.
  • Approved warranty claims will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.

2. What Is Not Covered by the Warranty

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes from regular use.
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or modifications after purchase.
  • Damage due to exposure to extreme temperatures, water, or chemicals.
  • Scratches, scuffs, dents, or fading of graphics.
  • Rattling or minor imperfections that do not affect product performance.
  • Items used for commercial, rental, or promotional purposes.
  • Products sold as demo, clearance, or factory-second items.
  • Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or without valid proof of purchase.
  • Items won as prizes or received through giveaways.

3. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be in as-new condition, with original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

ProPick Sports reserves the right to decline a return if the product does not meet the return conditions listed above.

4. Refund Policy

Within 7 Days of Purchase:

  • A full refund will be issued for items returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Items showing signs of use or missing packaging may be subject to a 20% processing fee or rejected.

After 7 Days and Up to 30 Days:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to items in as-new or lightly used condition.
  • Damaged or heavily used items will not be accepted.
  • Damage includes stains, scratches, tears, missing components, or other signs of misuse.
  • If rejected, the item can be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the arrival and inspection of the returned item.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To lodge a warranty claim:

1. Email hello@propicksports.com with:

  • A short video or photo clearly showing the defect,
  • Your proof of purchase, and
  • The product serial number (if applicable).

2. You will receive a response within 7 business days (note: customer service is closed on weekends).

3. If approved, replacements or repairs will be arranged within 1–2 weeks.

6. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty and return policy operate in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
