1. Overview

At ProPick Sports, we’re committed to delivering your sports gear quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed through our online store at propick-sports.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • During peak seasons, product launches, or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended due to high demand.

3. Free Shipping (Australia Only)

We’re proud to offer Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $150 AUD (after discounts, before taxes).

  • Orders under $150 will incur a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.
  • Express Shipping is available at an additional cost regardless of order value.
  • Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies — no promo code required.

Please note: Free shipping applies to domestic deliveries only and excludes bulky or oversized items that may require special handling.

4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier service, and external factors such as customs delays or public holidays.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.
  • If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at anthony.le@propick-sports.com.

6. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle.
  • Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate before confirming your order.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes for large or bulky items.

7. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to New Zealand and selected international destinations.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and international carrier schedules.

8. Delivery Issues and Delays

  • Once your order has been handed over to the courier, ProPick Sports is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the courier on your behalf.

9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist in resolving the issue.
  • In the event of a lost parcel, we will liaise with the carrier to initiate a claim. Resolution may take several business days depending on the courier’s investigation process.

10. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders

  • It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at your expense.
  • If you realise you entered the wrong address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is shipped.

11. Click & Collect (Coming Soon)

We are working on offering a Click & Collect option from our Melbourne warehouse. Stay tuned for updates on this service.

12. Pre-Orders

From time to time, ProPick Sports may offer pre-order items. Estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the product page.
Please note that pre-order timelines are subject to change depending on production and supplier availability. You will be notified if there are any significant delays.
